Frequently asked questions.
a note on offerings
All items are preloved and sourced through thrift stores, flea markets, yard and estate sales, vintage shops, and the occasional unexpected gem.
Some items are left “as is” and celebrated for their imperfections.
I do my best to share accurate details regarding materials, origin, and estimated age when possible, but I won't claim certainty where it doesn’t exist. If I don't know I won’t specify. I also believe value lives in presence and beauty, not just provenance.
I seek out quality - fabrics, materials, craftsmanship - it’s what you should come to expect when shopping with us.
Each service includes an in-depth questionnaire to help us hone in on the details — your rhythms, preferences, needs — and to make sure we’re a good fit for one another.
shipping & returns
All sales are final. Please read item descriptions carefully and ask any questions before purchasing.
Packages ship out once a week.
Local pickup is available & encouraged if you’re in the Nashville area!
sizing & fit
I encourage freedom in fit. Many items are flexible in the way they can be worn.
As I’m sure you know - a medium in one brand can be completely different in another. Please pay attention to measurements to make sure the item is what you’re looking for. If you need help please don’t hesitate to reach out.
cleanliness & care
Clothing is washed or aired out before shipping, unless it’s especially delicate or would be harmed by doing so. Some vintage textiles or materials are best spot-cleaned or steamed. I’ll note care instructions when possible.
Please keep in mind these items are preloved and not from the department store - they may (and probably will) show some signs of wear.
hours & rhythms
I’m a mother and a creative - and this work flows around daily life, seasonal energy, and intuitive timing.
Please understand that this isn’t Amazon Prime. I process orders and respond to messages a few times each week. If you reach out and don’t hear back immediately, know I will always return with care and clarity.
I work in harmony with natural rhythms—my own and those of the people and spaces I collaborate with. I deeply believe in allowing space for intuition, rest, and creative timing. But let me be clear: honoring rhythm does not mean neglecting responsibility. I hold reverence for both flow and follow-through. Just because I don't subscribe to the 24/7 hustle doesn't mean I'm unreliable. I care about maintaining connection, honoring timelines, and showing up with presence and respect. There’s a way to do both—and that’s the balance I always strive to bring.
pricing & budget
Like the people I serve, no two projects are the same — so my pricing lives on a scale, not a fixed point.
I work within your budget — whether that’s $50 or $5,000.
Your range helps me understand your priorities, not how much I can spend.
I choose quality and intention over price — always looking for what feels right, not just what fits.
Transparency, trust, and value are at the heart of every sourcing decision I make.
